When we work together, I’ll help you...
Clarify: You’ll learn what meditation is and what it isn’t. You’ll understand the importance of getting still. We’ll talk about different kinds of meditation and mindfulness practices. You’ll also understand how stress affects your mind and body.
Rewrite: Rewrite the story you tell yourself. Visualize it. Identify what needs to change in your thoughts and words (which are both energy, by the way).
Pursue: I’ll provide actionable tools like meditation and breath work so you can be in charge of the thoughts that are stealing your peace. It’s time to be the leader in your own life.
When you’re able to get still and notice, then you can ask what’s truly possible so you can pursue a more positive mindset in your life, work and wellbeing.
How It Works
In a group setting, you’ll feel empowered to transcend some of your biggest blocks in order to begin making healthy changes. I provide a space to freely talk about the challenges of having + doing it all.
Life is constantly moving forward, and we’ll discuss ways to go with the flow, so you’re not always paddling upstream. We’ll do this through connections with like-minded women, guided meditations, and exchanging ideas on how to be discerning in mid-life while also learning to listen to your own inner guidance.
